A New Chapter for Our Wellness Community—More Connection, More Growth, More You.

Seven months ago, we began this community with a simple mission: to share wellness tips and resources to help you align your life in a healthier, more satisfying way.
Each week, I’ve been blown away by the feedback and encouragement you’ve shared—letting me know how these quick emails have enriched your lives and brought balance to your daily routines.
Birthed from passion and created with intention, this newsletter has always been about sharing what has improved my life in a way that feels simple and accessible for you.
Over time, I’ve connected with many of you—whether in person at events or through social media—and it’s truly been an honor to guide you as your wellness coach and companion on this journey.
📖 A New Chapter
As we’ve grown, I’ve been working on building something bigger—something that serves you even better. It’s not just about yoga (though that’s where many of you started with me). This is about integrating wellness into every area of life—physical, mental, and spiritual.
This vision has taken time to unfold. There have been delays (like with the Patreon subscription and private yoga lessons), but in hindsight, it’s clear that everything has happened for a reason.
Since October, I’ve moved states, entered a new phase of life, and gained new insights and skills that I’m now ready to share with you. The journey hasn’t been rushed, and it’s been so much more rewarding as a result.

As part of this next phase, we’ve outgrown our current platform. Starting in February, this newsletter will move to Substack, a space where I can offer you even more: blog posts, notes, videos, audio content, and your weekly newsletter—all in one place.
