15 Minutes That Can Change Everything
We all know the saying, "Fail to plan, plan to fail." It applies to so many things—especially how we start our day. Think about it: if you don’t take control of the way your day begins, it often feels like the day controls you.
That’s why starting your morning with intention is so important. Taking just 15 minutes at the start of your day can completely shift how the rest of it unfolds.
I want to introduce you to a new meditation practice we’ve created, called “Embrace Your Day: Morning Meditation”—designed to help you kick off each day with clarity, calm, and purpose.
When you set aside intentional time in the morning, you give yourself space to direct how your day will go. Whether you want to focus on gratitude, set clear goals, or simply calm your mind, starting your day from a grounded place can lead to more fulfillment and less stress.
Here’s how you can make the most of these 15 minutes each morning:
Clear Your Thoughts:
